Cancelation Policy

• 48 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to enjoy an appointment at that time. A one time courtesy will be applied outside of an emergency, subsequent missed sessions will be expected to be paid 50% of service fee.

• Please arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait until I greet you. Please do not knock on the door. If the door is closed, please wait in the lobby. If you’re running late, your appointment time will remain on the original scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding.
