Once we have met for your free 20 minute call to see if we are a good fit for each other, we will curate a plan that best suits your journey. It is best to schedule one session per week for 6 weeks to achieve a lifestyle or behavior change.

Each 60 minute session is divided into 15 minute segments on the following practices:
1)Yoga Philosophy- the blueprint to follow, based on the Yamas and Niyamas (Yogic code of ethics), which leads us to a happy, healthy and peaceful life.
2)Yoga asana (postures)-improve flexibility, strength, and balance. This portion of the practice helps the body’s joints, ligaments, and muscles strengthen through movement; increasing mobility, lubricating the spine and alignment to aid in everyday activity.
3)Meditation/Breathwork (Pranayama)- Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. Breathwork (Pranayama) helps put the brakes on an acute stress response and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress.
4)Nutrition- Good nutrition not only makes a difference in your yoga journey, but also supports your overall mental and physical health. Yoga and nutrition also work together to improve performance and speed recovery.
